Schleswig-Holstein’s Minister of Transport and Business, Claus Ruhe Madsen, is pushing for the hinterland work for the Fehmarn connection – including a new tunnel under the Fehmarn Sound – to be completed by 2029. But even if it is possible, he does not consider it too likely.

The Board of Appeal cancels Region Zealand’s resource plan

Less than a month after Regions Sjælland’s decision to maintain its “Resource Plan 2020” rather than create a new one, the Environment and Food Complaints Board is now canceling the plan. This means that it is now the raw material plan from 2016 that applies.
