The work on regional integration must start now

The integration work on both sides of the Baltic Sea must be started already now if the region is to function when the tunnel opens in 2029. This is according to the German lawyer Mirko Schönfeldt, who is himself moving to Lolland.

Airport put on standby despite interest from private parties

A group of private business people wanted to take over and operate Lolland-Falster Airport at Holeby. But the two owner municipalities do not want to sell. Instead, the airport will now primarily be used for racing, circular flights and other leisure activities.
